<image:caption>Whilst practice is the way to achieve full mastery of an instrument, one can only be motivated to practice when fun is at the front of all learning. I believe that lessons should be tailored to the student and their learning style, and only then can they succeed.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Michael Roche</image:title>
<image:caption>Since leaving the Royal College of Music, British-Irish Baritone Michael Roche has made strong strides into the world of Opera. Performing with companies as a soloist such as Hampstead Garden Opera, Vache Baroque and Buxton International Festival, and working with major UK companies such as Grange Park Opera, Roche continues to impress in his nascent career. To come, Michael will sing the role of Colline in Diva Opera’s Tour of La Bohème. A recent review described… “Michael Roche, in Apollon then Tityé, imposes his authority with a full-bodied timbre and noble assurance, especially in N’est-il plus de sublime séjour, whose controlled vocalizations echo a lost world - that of light.” (Pedro Medeiros, baroquiades.com)</image:caption>

<image:caption>Michael performed this summer with Vache Baroque at Buxton International Festival, and is looking forward to the season ahead, touring with Diva Opera in productions of both La Cenerentola and La Bohème.</image:caption>
